    Based on 20 years of experience, we follow a unique seven-step agile framework that has been tried and tested for delivering exceptional solutions for any business, no matter its size or complexity. We call this our '7-Step Implementation Framework'. We teach it to our customers and students via our Learning Academy and we use it as the basis of implementing your customised solutions.     7-Step Implementation Framework

    Agile Approach

    We take an iterative approach to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configurations so value is delivered more quickly, optimisation rates are maximised, and client input takes a lead role in all development work.

    Step 1: Discovery

    Analyse your current processes, uncovering pain points and core opportunities, and what benefits any optimisations will bring to your operations, users and customers.

    Step 2: Visioning

    Take part in a ‘Blue Sky Thinking’ session hosted by our functional expert to ensure all operational angles – and aspirations – are explored.

    Step 3: D365 & Power Platform Mapping

    Participate in an ‘Art of the Possible’ session and uncover Dynamics 365/Power Platform case management features with guidance on which will work best for your organisation.

    Step 4: Road Mapping

    Use our road mapping and prioritisation templates to create a plan for forming your initial Minimal Viable Product (MVP) strategy before developing it into an Agile roadmap.

    Step 5: Optimisation

    Ensure you are in full control of optimising your process’s configuration, plus learn how to timetable and verify implementation success at every key stage.

    Step 6: Realisation

    Learn how to realise your new solution’s benefits so they address all identified pain points and are adopted by users, loved by customers, and accelerate business growth.

    Step 7: Evolution

    Discover how to manage your process’s evolution using the ‘365 InHouse Accelerator’ programme that gives you the tools and skills you need to become truly ‘self-evolving’.
